| Ashley Salada was born in Lancaster, PA in 1987. As a child she found comfort in music, and as a teen, in photography. In college, she merged her two loves together and will graduate from the Art Institute of Philadelphia in March 2010. As a freelance photographer, she finds her passion in many assignments, besides music of course. Recently, she has found a strong draw towards roller derby, where she documents the before, during and after bout action. She also loves to document her travels through the lens of her camera. She has worked with many wonderful people over the course of the last few years. With this experience she has been published in the Daily Local News, out of West Chester, PA, fiveonfive magazine, the national magazine of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association and in her school bi-yearly magazine.
